In a space where there is no room for average, Socure refuses to play small. Being part of this organization during this chapter of its growth is something I am proud of every day.

My Journey at Socure

I joined Socure as a Senior Technical Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Manager, Technical Project Management — a progression earned through consistent high performance, client impact, and organizational leadership. I am a Presidents Club Award winner, Socure’s highest recognition for top performers, reflecting my contributions to company growth, client success, and team excellence.

🏆 Presidents Club — All In

“All In.” That’s the only way I know how to operate.

Being named a Presidents Club Award winner at Socure is one of the proudest moments of my career — not because of what it says about me individually, but because of what it reflects about the team, the clients we serve, and the momentum we are building together.

Socure has returned to the Forbes Fintech 50 — a testament to the innovation, growth, and market impact our teams drive every day. When you are building in identity, fraud, and risk, there is no room for average. Our team refuses to play small.

When you go All In, momentum follows.

Growth & Business Impact

▪ Was a key contributor to $120M+ in company growth during my tenure as Senior Technical Project Manager — driving impact through flawless project execution, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration.

▪ Led and contributed to 200% quarterly Estimated Implemented ARR (BARR) as Senior Manager — a key metric reflecting the revenue impact of successfully implemented client solutions

▪ Served as lead Project Manager for the two largest deals in Socure’s company history: the Department of Education FAFSA initiative and FIS — complex, high-stakes engagements requiring flawless execution and cross-functional coordination

Enterprise PMO Leadership

Played a significant role in evolving and improving Socure’s enterprise Project Management Office, strengthening the frameworks, processes, and standards that enable the organization to deliver at scale. This includes:

▪ Defining and implementing delivery methodologies across the technical project management function

▪ Creating governance structures and reporting cadences that provide executive-level visibility into portfolio health

▪ Standardizing onboarding and delivery processes to accelerate time-to-value for new clients

▪ Driving cross-functional alignment between sales, product, engineering, and customer success to ensure seamless client experiences

Atlassian Administration & Salesforce Integration

As lead Atlassian administrator at Socure, I architected and managed the tooling ecosystem that powers the PMO, including deep integration with Salesforce to create a single source of truth for project tracking and reporting. Key achievements include:

▪ Integrating Atlassian (Jira) with Salesforce to streamline pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking, and project status reporting — eliminating duplicate data entry and reducing reporting lag

▪ Building dashboards and workflows that give leadership real-time insight into delivery performance and client health

▪ Establishing Atlassian as the operational backbone of the technical project management function

AI & Automation

I have leaned deeply into AI and automation to elevate team performance and operational efficiency, including:

▪ Building and deploying Glean AI agents to surface knowledge and accelerate decision-making across the team

▪ Implementing Zapier automations to streamline repetitive workflows and reduce manual overhead

▪ Developing Claude AI skills used across the team for compliance tracking, PMO oversight, and opportunity tracking — bringing AI-powered intelligence directly into day-to-day operations

100% Customer Responsiveness

Persistence and responsiveness are core to how I operate. Throughout my tenure at Socure I have maintained 100% responsiveness to customers — a standard tracked and verified through Lumopath.

Lumopath is a customer engagement intelligence platform that monitors and measures responsiveness, communication cadence, and relationship health between account teams and their clients. Achieving 100% responsiveness means every client touchpoint was acknowledged and acted upon — a reflection of the commitment I bring to every relationship.
