Nationwide Insurance - Columbus, Ohio

While at Nationwide I worked as a business analyst as part of program called “Momentum.” Momentum was a program in which Nationwide was working to convert private sector retirement plans systems (Keynote) to the public sector retirement plans system (DCDirect). DCDirect had a lot more capability and the cost of maintaining both was the reason for the change. Throughout my time, I worked on capturing and driving delivery of small requirements/enhancements into DCDirect to incorporate the changes needed in order to complete the merge. I had the opportunity to work with very skilled and talented people. While there I increased the overall delivery of WRTs (our requirements document and delivery process) from 2 to 6 requirements per week. As well, I created a new intake system for our solution architects to collaborate and be more integrated while providing estimates for the requirements/enhancements.

I have put together a list of bullets to describe some of the most important stories I am able to tell! Feel free to reach out via LinkedIn or send an Email, if you have any questions!
