My tenure at Lightwell spanned two concurrent roles — as an internal Management Consultant driving organizational growth and as a contracted Technical Program Delivery Lead for the State of Ohio’s Innovate Ohio Platform — reflecting my ability to lead at scale across multiple high-stakes engagements simultaneously.
Management Consultant September 2017 – December 2022
Accountable for over $10M in company deliverables spanning Order Management Systems, Application Development, IBM Sterling Integrator, Test Automation, DevOps (AWS and Azure), and log aggregation and analysis via Splunk.
What I drove:
▪ Led agile transformation across multiple client organizations, introducing formal Scrum principles that shifted teams from project-focused to product-driven — increasing delivery velocity and unlocking capacity to pursue new business opportunities
▪ Acted as a lodestar Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams, guiding successful delivery across Nucleus (Application Development), Lightwell Platform (IBM Sterling Integrator), AppDev Delivery Framework (Atlassian), and test automation
▪ Spearheaded the development of Agile/Scrum frameworks, business processes, and program management functions used daily across the company and its clients — resulting in detailed reporting and full organizational transparency
▪ Presented Atlassian Stack capabilities to numerous customers and clients, directly driving adoption across PMO, operations, and HR functions
▪ Established organizational standards covering structure, resource planning, program reporting, and implementation budgeting — creating consistency and scalability across the business
▪ Managed up to 5 employees through formal 360-degree performance reviews, with outcomes including promotions and expanded roles and responsibilities
▪ Founded Lightwell’s mentorship program to train and coach new hires and junior employees — recognized as the foundation of the company’s culture
Atlassian Administration & Architecture
As lead Atlassian administrator, I developed consistent processes and methodologies across the entire organization including Agile delivery frameworks, Waterfall project management, internal employee onboarding and directory, Jira Service Desk configuration, and Confluence-based reporting and document management. The core mission was to deliver business value by unlocking the full capabilities of Atlassian tools across Lightwell and its client engagements.
Technical Program Delivery Lead — State of Ohio, Innovate Ohio Platform September 2017 – January 2021 (Concurrent contract engagement while at Lightwell)
As Technical Program Delivery Lead for the State of Ohio’s Innovate Ohio Platform, I led a state-wide initiative to modernize government technology and improve the lives of Ohio citizens. This work earned national recognition including NASCIO and other technology awards for OH|ID, myOhio, OH|ID Next, the Ohio Data Portal, and cybersecurity.
What I drove:
▪ Delivered critical technology solutions connecting citizens to their government and improving public services — resulting in nationally award-winning platforms
▪ Aided in securing $20M+ in funding for the Innovate Ohio Platform, supporting both innovation and ongoing maintenance
▪ Established the Program Management Office (PMO), enabling executive-level oversight and reporting across 50+ simultaneous projects and implementations using Atlassian products
▪ Delivered $10M+ in technology across Digital Experience, Identity Management, Operations, and Data Analytics
▪ Inaugurated development teams and created a “ninja culture” of high performance and ownership — a model later adopted across other client engagements
▪ Implemented best practices that successfully passed 3 SOC2 audits — frameworks that remain in use today
▪ Leveraged Atlassian products to implement industry standards across the organization spanning PMP, Agile, ITIL, and sales engagement methodologies
