While at Lightwell, I have worked with various clients, which include: The State of Ohio, Express, McLane, and Georgia Cyber Academy (GCA). Majority of my time at Lightwell was spent at the State of Ohio, where I was a consultant for Management services. This includes the implementation of websites, identity management, data/analytics, project management office methodology (Atlassian Suite), and core products delivery lead, to name a few… I have learned about various technologies throughout my time at Lightwell as part of the App Dev practice, I have had the opportunity to be a Scrum Master for large, scaled implementations in order management systems (OMS), backend infrastructure services, and test automation.

▪ Increased velocity within agile team by introducing formal scrum principles, which lead to double the output of work and project delivery reduced beyond expectation
▪ Acted as a lodestar scrum master guiding multiple cross-functional teams and product owners to successfully deliver 21 external facing websites with focus in digital experience and single sign-on (SSO) integration
▪ Managed a handful of projects across the platform, leveraging all pillars of the business, while providing oversite and organization restructure within different program functions as the Project Management Office (PMO)
▪ Delivered $12M+ worth of program/company requirements across multiple use cases, including: Digital Experience, Identity Management, Operations, Data Analytics, OMS, and Test Automation
▪ Inaugurated development team members to create “ninja culture,” adopted across the Innovate Ohio platform

▪ Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) throughout 5 State agencies and multiple clients, which supported system integration, portal deployment, test automation, and other applications
▪ Mentored Junior level Business Analysts and Scrum Masters across the organization with formal 360 reviews, leading to promotions and increased team functionality
